Da Lyrics...

Another tape issued in 1994 by the San Pedro, Laguna based band Biofeedback. Unlike their counterparts from Drastic Noise ( see below ), these guys had a lot to say. Their lyrics reflects some genuine aspects of the Philippine society and the desperation of living in a Third World / on-its-way-to-development nation.
Living in hardtimes here means dealing with the lack of perspectives offered by the educational system, low-scale gang warfare, cruelty to pet animals, corruption, greed and materialism, rejection from girls, struggling to live in a conformist society...
Rey's vocals on the two tagalog songs "Lasenggo Gago" and "Karamihan Ang Tao Ay Pu" sounds like a pissed off Rapper on meth, intense...
Few random facts:
This tape had been co-produced by the band and the editor of the now defunct Mutilated News fanzine.
Cid Mendoza, the drummer, died tragically in a shooting incident in 2005.
A Biofeedback tribute album is on the the works since some time ago. There had been cover versions already by xFEUDx and The Beauty of Doubt on their respective albums.
Despite a short musical career, Biofeedback had been the most influencial band from the Philippine Hardcore scene of the 90s.
