Solid debut album by Philippine Violators. Strong and catchy '77 punk for most of the tunes, few songs like "Dead Chickens", "Tomorrow's Test", "Leave Me Alone" lean toward a lot more noisy and chaotic Hardcore. They also cover "Yesterday" from the Beatles.
Fronted by two brothers, "Rotten" and "Bong" Espiritu, the Phil. Violators did many different albums through the 90's decade, founded the RMD ( Rare Music Distributor ) tape label to produce some new punk combos in their "Screams from the Underground" compilation. They're still doing some reunion gigs from time to time.
There's possibility to check their currently updated website there
Reissues and a their 20th anniversary CD are available there.

Below is the cover of their 1994 album "Sikat Na Si Pedro", while still rooted in a Punk-Rock influence, their music evolved in a much more OPM/Pinoy Rock direction, not to say their sound mellowed out with the years...
