The last tape issued by the Twisted Red Cross label in 1989.
A variety of styles are represented on that sampler, from the metallic yet noisy hardcore from discant X and Infernal Wrath, The more melodic approach of Fatal Disguise and Valley of Death, the Street punk from Death Threat, Udk and Distorted Minds, the fast bursts of furious thrashcore from Banned ( Philippines answer to Lärm, that was apparently a short-lived project as nobody has any information about those guys...) i deliberatly cut the song "Fear Tomorrow" from M.A.D., which is boring as hell, repeating endlessly the same uninspired guitar riff for 3 and half minutes, that's too much to handle...
Nice cover design from the political cartoonist Deng Coy Miel, the title refers to the feeling of disillusion and disappointment felt by many after the first years of the Cory Aquino regime.
