First tape from the punk-rock combo Single Track, with such a name, it's quite difficult to find some on-line information about this band, Google searches yield almost no results...
Single Track play tuneful, groovy & melodic punk-rock, which could be apprehended as a french version of the british band "The Clash". While being musically competent and having political and intelligent lyrics, the band never made it big amidst the new wave of french punk rock from the 80s, known as the "French Alternative Rock" movement.
Aside from this demo, they had a six track 12'' ep released in 1985 and a compilation appearance on "Les Héros Du peuple sont Immortels" lp on the same label.
